Shelia and her team exemplify excellence in real estate sales. We were relocating due to work and listed our house for sale with Shelia. The marketing tools were terrific - a virtual tour of the house and drone footage to show the neighborhood were my favorites. As soon as the house went on the market, we had lots of appointments to view the house. However, we had an unusual selling experience, and Shelia was there through it all, offering encouragement and practical help. The house was under contract four times before the final sale, so there were four inspections. Each one had different things that needed to be done to the house. We had already moved, so Shelia helped us each time to find contractors to complete the painting and the dehumidifier, etc. - whatever was listed in the inspection. Thanks to her and her team, we made it through and sold the house! The contract cancellations were made for, to me, odd reasons, and each one was a disappointment to our hopes of selling the house. Shelia and her team offered encouragement and practical assistance through it all. In the end, the house sold at a price we were very happy with. We were blessed to have Shelia as our realtor - she stuck with us through a difficult selling experience and got us the result we wanted.
